WestJet Christmas Miracle: Uniting Through Traditions

‘Twas Santa’s Favourite Time of Year… Searching the world for Christmas traditions and holiday cheer. While on his epic journey, Santa found something incredible. Close family, good friends, and of course, something edible. But of all the traditions, one rose high above, Christmas should be spent with the ones that you love. So he searched far and wide, ‘round the globe, coast to coast. And he found a few guests who missed each other the most. We came up with a ruse to cause some confusion. A make believe commercial, will complete the illusion. So in the spirit of Christmas, WestJet created a surprise, these lucky guests will remember, for the rest of their lives. Parents whose daughter has moved far away, they both miss her dearly, and hope to see her one day. This fun loving couple are missing their best friends, who moved all the way around the world to the farthest of ends. And a woman whose boyfriend lives far, far away. They met in Las Vegas, on the most tragic of days. I would love to have been traveling with Jennifer. She’s my oldest daughter, I don’t get to see her very often. She’s been in Seoul for 7 years. I miss you Jen, I sure wish you were here with me. How about the unicorn? Oh my! I just can’t believe this. I can’t believe this They were the first people that we actually met when we moved to Grand Prairie. They were our best friends. I just miss them like crazy. I don’t know, I can’t even say anything, cause it will make me cry [laughs]. Robyn, Chris, wish you were here, I love you guys. I’m Austin, and Chantal is my girlfriend. We met in Las Vegas, at the country festival, and we’ve been doing long distance since then. I met up with her at the concert, and this was Route 91 in Vegas where the shooting had occurred. And walking towards the stage, we had no idea that our lives would be changed forever. Seing how she dealt with it really let me know the kind of person she was. Obviously he is the one? Yeah, he is the one. Like I could not see her not being in my life. Hey, I love this background, and I love the way it looks. I want to do a photo. I’ve never done a long distance relationship. The most important thing for me now, is just to see her. Here, let me show it to you. Sharing Christmas traditions in London, friends having a ball. Being together with loved ones, is the best tradition of all.

  12. I absolutely love WestJet. Their personnel at the airport and in the airplane were always kinder and gentler employees that cared about you.It seemed as if their mission was to give each passenger, a sense of being a VIP, no matter which category they chose to fly. My decades long cross-country trips, in the 2000's, to Vancouver B.C. each year to visit my now late father, were stressful for me, as a small town woman, going to big cities. The wonderful people on WestJet calmed those anxieties greatly. They would go above and beyond their normal duties by spreading joy and laughter. Thank you for years of great service WestJet. ❤️

  13. I LOVE YOU WESTJET..continue to make people’s dream come true..you are a BLESSINGS from GOD. We love you westjet.
